1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in The Visibility Challenge (the “Challenge”), a live virtual event hosted by Girl Tech HQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket or registering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Event Details

The Challenge runs live from September 7–11, 2026. Session recordings and replay access depend on the tier you select. Dates, times, and speakers are subject to change; we will notify registered attendees of any material changes.

3. Pricing & Tiers

General Admission: $97. VIP: $197. Platinum VIP: $297. All prices are in USD and are one-time payments for this cohort. Prices are subject to change for future cohorts.

4. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you attend live all 5 days, complete the daily homework, and complete your before-and-after AEO Mirror Test, and your AI visibility has not measurably improved, you may request a full refund by emailing support within 14 days of the final live session. Refunds are not available for non-attendance or failure to complete the guarantee requirements.

5. Upgrade Policy

Purchasers may upgrade to a higher tier by paying the difference between their current tier and the desired tier. Upgrades are available until the final live session begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All Challenge materials, including the workbook, scripts, templates, recordings, and frameworks, are owned by Girl Tech HQ and are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them to create a competing product or service.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girl Tech HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Challenge.
